Terms and Conditions for Electric Vehicle Charger Installation Service

1.  Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of electric vehicle (EV) charger

installation services (“Services”) by Sap Vehicle Charging Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to our clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By accepting our quotation or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2.  Scope of Services

  • The Company will install an EV charger at the location specified by the Client based on the agreed-upon specifications and timeline provided in the quotation or project

4.  Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellation between 5 and 3 days before the scheduled installation date: Refund of 50% of the deposit to cover administrative and preparation
    • Cancellation within 3 days of the scheduled installation date: The deposit will be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel the installation due to

unforeseen circumstances, such as safety concerns, issues with site accessibility, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund of the deposit.

5.  Site Preparation

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that the site is prepared for installation, including arranging access, clearing obstructions, and obtaining any necessary permits or

The installation company usually assists by submitting the application, but any discrepancies in eligibility or incomplete

information can lead to grant denial. If the grant is denied or not processed, the customer is

liable to cover the full installation cost, including the portion that would have been subsidised by the grant.
