Terms and Conditions for Electric Vehicle Charger Installation Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of EV charger installation services by the Company. By placing an order or proceeding with any work, the Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

The Company will install EV chargers at the Customer’s specified location. The exact scope of work will be detailed in the quotation provided. Any additional work not included in the quotation may incur extra charges if required to complete the project.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Final cost will be shared based on site assessment and installation requirements.

  • A deposit may be required prior to commencing work.

  • Full payment must be made upon installation completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Additional costs may apply if site conditions differ from what was initially disclosed during the quotation process.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels the project after materials have been purchased or work has begun, the Client may be charged for labour and materials.

  • Cancellation by Company: The Company may cancel the installation if unsafe site conditions or non-compliance with electrical regulations are identified.

  • Refunds will only be provided if applicable and solely at the Company’s discretion.

  • Rescheduling: The Client is allowed to reschedule installation dates with prior notice. Rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional charges if short notice has been issued.

5. Site Preparation

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the area designated for installation—including power access, wiring, structural clearances, and parking space—is prepared prior to installation.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by unprepared sites.

6. Warranties and Liability

  • The Company provides a limited warranty on installation workmanship.

  • Manufacturer warranties cover the EV charger hardware.

  • The Company is not liable for damage caused by misuse, faulty wiring not installed by the Company, power surges, or electrical faults unrelated to the EV charger installation.

  • The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the installation service provided.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The Client must:

  • Provide accurate site information before installation.

  • Ensure access to the installation site.

  • Comply with all safety instructions issued by the installer.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings as permitted under local laws.
